Customer Reviews Policy
Review Guidelines
To maintain a trustworthy environment and promote useful feedback, we have the following review guidelines:
- Reviews should be relevant and genuine, i.e. based on the reviewer's own experience.
- Reviews should primarily discuss the product or service experienced. Reviews that only focus on the Tiqets' booking process, customer support, or other aspects unrelated to the product or service itself (e.g. if the customer did not visit or canceled for personal reasons, or in case of natural disasters or strikes) may be deleted. Reviews that contain verifiably incorrect information about the reviewed product or service may also be removed.
- Reviews should be respectful and inclusive. Offensive, discriminatory, or obscene language is not permitted. Political, religious, or ethical views that are unrelated to the experience should not be included.
- Reviews should not include any personal data or other private information.
Genuine Reviews
We aim to display only genuine reviews that reflect the experiences of real users. To prevent fake reviews, Tiqets' customers receive an invitation to leave a review a few days after their visit. Only customers that are registered and have actually purchased a ticket to the relevant experience can leave a review. Submitted reviews are published immediately.
Review Score Calculation
Displayed review scores are based on the average of all ratings received. We publish both positive and negative feedback, provided it adheres to the review guidelines.
Source of Reviews
In addition to reviews collected directly through Tiqets' customer invitations, ratings or reviews from external parties may also be displayed. Whenever external review data is used, the source will always be clearly indicated to ensure full transparency about the origin of the displayed scores.
No Paid Reviews
We do not pay for reviews. However, we may offer customers a small discount on a future purchase as a thank you for submitting a review - regardless of whether the feedback is positive or negative.
Monitoring
Reviews that do not comply with the review guidelines will be removed to maintain the integrity and quality of our platform. We also reserve the right to remove any review that, at our discretion, is deemed inappropriate otherwise.
