Inexperienced tour guide and disorganized company. After my partner was verbally attacked by someone during the tour, due to his race and perceived orientation, staff encouraged us to leave the tour “ to take some time”. It seemed staff was more interested in forgetting what happened to keep the tour on track than concerned with our wellbeing . We were told if we left since it was the very begging of the tour we would be refunded. We were not only, not refunded but they called later that day and tried to charge us again for another tour with their company we did not book. If you are going to talk about heated topics during the tour loudly enough for the rest of the public to hear, staff should be trained in how to de-escalate when unknow passersby want to interject and maliciously attach your patrons who have nothing to do with tour topics just because they are colored in Boston. We were blindsided by the experience and will not be recommending this company for tours.
