Tiqets is very easy to use. For this excursion however, there seemed to be confusion with meeting place. I was texted the previous evening and answered and got confirmation about meeting place and time. Was advised the morning of- that we were supposed to meet the group elsewhere. In the end it was all ironed out and they picked us up at the agreed place. All in all it was great.

La veille de l'excursion souci car on nous annonce que l'on aura pas de guide en Français. Échange très réactif avec le service client de Naturanda qui au final nous trouve une solution pour que l'on ait bien un guide parlant aussi français. Si ils n'avaient pas trouvé, ils nous faisaient une réduction de 30%. Donc tout s'est bien déroulé et on a passé une journée exceptionnelle. Je conseille vivement !
