Situated on a tiny island in the Atlantic, and away from the night glow of Tenerife's cities, Teide is the perfect spot for staring at the stars.

Join a guide and explore Tenerife's most impressive natural landmark. After taking a cable car ride at sunset, you'll get to enjoy a night time tour of the volcano. Trek towards the Pico Viejo viewpoint and watch Teide's sunset shadow stretching as far as Gran Canaria. You can add an optional picnic so that you don't have to star gaze on an empty stomach!

Get ready to enjoy one of the most unforgettable night skies you may ever see. Staring up into the dark of night will be enough to leave you in awe, but there are also long-range telescopes set up so you can really enjoy the wonders of space.

  • Show your smartphone ticket at the Teide Cable Car (teleférico) base
  • The pick-up time will vary between 2.15pm and 4.30pm as it depends on the sunset time. After making your reservation you will be asked for your accommodation to assign you a pick-up place and time
