The hop-on hop-off ticket can be used on the day of your choice. The two days must be used consecutively. When booking this package, simply select the date that you wish to visit Alcatraz.
- You must redeem your voucher at Big Bus Information Center Stop #1 - 99 Jefferson St. the day before (or up until 10:00am) the day of your Alcatraz visit
- You will need to check in either the day prior to their Alcatraz Tour (between 9am and 5pm) or the day of their tour at 9:30am
- Photo ID is required for each adult in the group over the age of 18
- A tour departure time for Alcatraz will be assigned 10 days in advance of the tour date. Once a time is assigned, it is not possible to make any changes. Make sure you have flexibility in your schedule for the day the Alcatraz Tour is booked for
- Cancellation is possible until 24 hours before your visit date.
- Rescheduling is possible until 24 hours before your visit date.
