I was running 10 minutes late because apple maps took me to the wrong meeting place. I corresponded with Tiqets through Live Chat and was told nothing could be done. There was no suggestion of...
I was running 10 minutes late because apple maps took me to the wrong meeting place. I corresponded with Tiqets through Live Chat and was told nothing could be done. There was no suggestion of going with the next group even though I was only one person. I was also told there was no chance of getting a refund. I am requesting my refund anyway because there should have been some resolution to my problem. I am sure many other people have run 10 minutes late to tours. Last name is Griffin, tour was at 12:15 on Thurs. April 4th. I would like a refund to the credit card given.

The Royal Collections Gallery, originally named Galería de las Colecciones Reales is an art museum in Madrid. Dependent on Patrimonio Nacional, it is located in a new building in the gardens of the Campo del Moro park next to the Almudena Cathedral and the Royal Palace.
