Once booking the tour I had a prompt email with clear instructions re meeting place & time. Good service commenced the moment prior to boarding our bus, we were informed which bus & time it would arrive. Our bus driver Charlene introduced herself & made everyone comfortable with 'house rules' & the flow of the day. Charlene had good knowledge re over view of Perth, history, & the different places we visited, good sense of humour. Good communicator, included everyone...& made the trip thoroughly enjoyable.
