Couldn’t download the Tiqets app, to list to the audio, on my iPhone 8. Also, it wasn’t clear the Vatican Museum tickets didn’t include entry to the Basilica

Tiqets changed our coliseum tour to a lesser one and we wanted a full refund for the tour and they were willing only to offer a pittance of our total as they included other stops which we didn't ask for.

I bought three all access tickets to the museum, which was confirmed when I exchanged my voucher but was only given tickets to the special Cartier exhibit. I had to buy additional tickets to see...
