Leider fand die Tour aufgrund des Jahrhundert Unwetters in Dubai am 16.4. nicht statt - wir wurden zwar pünktlich am vereinbarten Ort abgeholt und die Kommunikation mit dem örtlichen Veranstalter...
Leider fand die Tour aufgrund des Jahrhundert Unwetters in Dubai am 16.4. nicht statt - wir wurden zwar pünktlich am vereinbarten Ort abgeholt und die Kommunikation mit dem örtlichen Veranstalter war sehr gut - aber bald waren die Straßen unpassierbar und wurden zu regelrechten Flüssen. Nach 3 Stunden im Stau wurde die Tour schließlich vom Veranstalter abgesagt. Wir wurden in einer Mall abgesetzt. Obwohl uns eine Erstattung versprochen wurde, und die anderen Teilnehmer auch eine bekommen haben, wurde mir aber nach mehrmaligen Anfragen eine Erstattung verweigert. Schade, liebe „Tiqets“, eigentlich war ich von Ihrer Plattform überzeugt,. Aber diese Erfahrung lässt mich mit Kopfschütteln zurück. Es hätte eine Gutschrift oder ein discount-Angebot genügt. Jetzt werde ich mir deinen anderen ticketsnbieter suchen. Sehr enttäuscht.
