Enjoy flavour-packed dishes at dinner and enjoy as Saffron shines a spotlight on cuisines from around the world with Southeast Asian, Indian, and seafood buffet feasts. With different themed nights to enjoy you can plan for your special evening!
Monday: Experience the flavors of Singapore, with dishes like Kerabu Daging, Nyonya Achar, Nasi Lemak, Chicken Rendang, Sambal Udang, Semur Telur and more.
Tuesday: Enjoy a Seafood feast including endless lobster, crab and oysters.
Wednesday: Katsu and Kimchi, take delightful gastronomic journey to Asia and indulge in flavours from Korea and Japan.
Thursday: Discover the flavours of India as you dine on tantalising curries, tandoori dishes and vegetarian favourites.
Friday: Taste of Thai, explore the different flavours of Thailand and indulge in a variety of street food and authentic classics.
Saturday: Serving you a vast array of feast inspired by The Spice Route from Japan, through the islands of Indonesia, around India to the lands of the Middle East, and from there, across the Mediterranean to Europe.
Sunday: Flavours of Malaysia, Featuring the strong, aromatic and flavorful tastes of Malay food combining the richness of various herbs and spices that incomporates in various cooking.
