  • Watch the Brisbane coastline fade away as you sail toward Moreton Island where tropical beaches await
  • Choose a day of adventure or relaxation – lay back on white sands or cannonball into the ocean
  • Put on a snorkel and go on a search for sea turtles, dugongs, and dolphins at the Tangalooma Wrecks

The islands off the Queensland coast each have their fair share of beauty, and Moreton Island is no exception. Climb aboard a 24-metre catamaran and wave goodbye to Brisbane's urban skyline for the day. This catamaran is the perfect way to spot dolphins and other marine life on your way to the island. Once you arrive, lunch, activities, and relaxation await.

The Tangalooma Wrecks add a touch of spectacle to the view of the open sea, with the rusting hulks of ships contrasting with the crystal-clear waters of the Coral Sea.

On the island, it's up to you how to spend the day. There's no shortage of things you can do; the abundance of aquatic animals in Moreton Bay and the Coral Sea make for great snorkelling, while the expanse of beaches provide tons of spots for some isolated relaxation.

Freshwater lakes dot the island and verdant green canopies decorate the island, so anyone afraid of the rip can chill inland. Plus, a quick walk is a perfect way to make room for the buffet lunch you'll tuck into while you're there.
