Excellent
It was already dark when we boarded the pod and the internal lighting made it a very intimate atmosphere. There were 5 other couples so it was a very select group. The staff were excellent.

Excellent
Very straightforward hair. Easy access for pushchairs and wheelchairs.friendly staff. Highly recommend. Very friendly and welcoming staff members.

Terrible
I tickets didn't scan for some reason which was embarrassing.
There was a fault with the i360 which meant it dropped and stopped which was scary and meant we didn't get to go to the top.
