The problem that we really faced was that the authorities at Belvedere palace and Natural history museum could not recognize from their systems the Vienna flexi pass family tickets.Probably we will face the same problem tomorrow at Shrobrunn Palace and Technology - Science museum. It caused us inconvenience since we were waiting for some time in a corner. Please, try to solve this issue as soon as possible, because we do not deserve this kind of attitude for the money we pay for these passes.
