A leisurely stroll around the aquarium with a very knowledgeable guide. As it was after hours, there were no crowds it was a very enjoyable and educational experience.

L'aquari de Cairns és un aquari públic d'última generació situat a Queensland, Austràlia. Allotja més de 15.000 exemplars de bella fauna aquàtica i rèptils repartits en 10 ecosistemes diversos.
Entre la seva increïble varietat de biodiversitat marina hi ha espècies rares com el monitor d'arbres d'esmeralda, la tortuga pintada del riu Jardine, el peix pipa i el tauró martell festoneat.
