They can’t scan your tickets at the entry point so you have to go back to the ticket office, they scan & then print out tickets. Kind of s hassle.?

It was a disaster in the am. Power was out! We waited in 1 line with our digital tickets and than told we had to go to another line because we bought tickets from another website. So, the 2nd...
It was a disaster in the am. Power was out! We waited in 1 line with our digital tickets and than told we had to go to another line because we bought tickets from another website. So, the 2nd line we waited in was 45 mins. The power outage and the 2nd line we didn't get into the zoo until 11:30am. I'm sure I will speak for alot of us we should all get refunds for last Friday May17th!!
