A QR may help for future, some o museum employ have difficulties to generate tickets, and the crowd gets bigger behind and anxious.

It was very convenient to use the pre-purchased tickets. It was recommended to pick up the museum pass at a different location than the Doge's Palace. So we picked it up conveniently at the Correr...
It was very convenient to use the pre-purchased tickets. It was recommended to pick up the museum pass at a different location than the Doge's Palace. So we picked it up conveniently at the Correr Museum. Furthermore, it was very convenient to use almost all the historical monuments and museums within the pass. Great!

My goal was to see the Doge's Palace, but I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the museums under the Venice Museum Pass. The Museo Fortuny was a wonderful stop. This was a gothic palace turned museum featuring the textiles, photography, and artwork by Mariano Fortuny. It is definitely worth visiting.
