This trip was fantastic, I learned so much and felt like I was in good hands the whole time, safely brought back to Rome. If you have a day to spend in Pompeii, I recommend it!

Bus drivers don't speak on the trip down or back other than to tell you when there is a break. 2 hours in pompeii itself which is not long enough, but most tours from Rome only give a couple of hours there. Food was included and perfectly fine. Tour guide at pompeii was good and informative. For a quick trip it was fine.

The actual tour and guide was excellent. Elisa was a brilliant guide, very informative and knowledgeable, ensured we all got a great experience and had a sense of humour. Unfortunately meeting up with the travel arrangements was .quite difficult. Ticket link sent to a different location but typing in the address gave correct one. Also driver did not show anything to say who he was just a guy standing by a black 7 seater people carrier on the opposite side of the road to the main Metro station meeting point. We were not the only ones waiting in the different place and only through crossing over and asking different people did we find the correct driver. Overall the tour itself around Pompeii was excellent.
