Very unhelpful and uncompromising staff we had a bad experience, 3 of my family got lost ( my children) and were late for the boat we asked if we could go on the next boat available which was in 2 hours we were told we would have to pay 50% of the cost of booking to do this, I feel this is unacceptable as the boat wasn’t full and there were still tickets available on the next boat, this totally ruined our experience and my children lost the money they had paid for the boat trip

It was not what we expected. Yes, there were unlimited pancakes, but there wasn't much of a guided tour. We received almost no information about Amsterdam during the tour. If you just want to eat unlimited pancakes on a boat, then it's fine. However, if you expect to learn about Amsterdam while sailing in the canals, then it's not the right choice.
