I have mixed feelings about this zoo. One hand, animals have lots of space, they look healthy and very happy - we saw young bears playing together, it was amazing. There is a funny old train, very impressive. Great outdoor playground for kids. On the other hand, the parc is big so some people visit by car and drive from one animal hub to the other, like in a safari (not very green either) So you are very often worried for your kids who cannot run freely anywhere, because of cars and ugly parkings within the zoo. Stressful!. The parc is huge and there is consequent walk in between hubs, without animals or things to look at. It actually looks more like a giant exotic farm in the countryside than a zoo. Signs within the zoo are a bit unclear. We had to go thru the shop to enter the zoo, a nightmare with young kids, it put me in a bad mood to begin with. We overall spent a good day but next time we will save some time and fuel and stick to the more spectacular and manicured and car free London zoo, much closer for us.

Excellent
This is a large zoo but easily manageable in a day, even when walking round. The enclosures are well maintained and there is a good variety of animals to see. The talks are very informative.
