About: Wadi El Rayan

Wadi El Rayan is an Egyptian nature reserve located 65 km southwest of Faiyum city. It is known for being home to Egypt's only waterfalls, formed as one man-made lake flows into another. The reserve is also one of the few places in the world that hosts the rare slender-horned gazelle. Additionally, it features a variety of native wildlife attracted to the oasis vegetation.
