Unfortunately, the guided tours are no longer provider in English, hence the low rating. Local products tasting is poor, with some red and white wines at ambient temperature (and there was quite a warm day, 29°C) and 4 hazelnuts in a plastic cups.
They should invest some money into multi language audio tours for both the king and short tour and increase their tasting selection and obviously charge a bit more, this way it would make more sense.
As it is right now, it’s just an average tour.

About: Viterbo Sotterranea

Viterbo Sotterranea is a labyrinth of underground passageways and caves under the city of Viterbo. It is believed to date as far back as the Etruscan era (900 BCE - 100 BCE). The tunnels were expanded during the medieval period and were used for covert travel and strategic movement around the city.
