Genial. Excelente trato. Una visita donde se respira el paso de varias generaciones. La historia del último virrey del Perú. Un general que alcanza su máximo estatus (el virreinato) gracias a su extraordinaria trayectoria en la guerra de independencia de Hispanoamericana. Luchó contra San Martín por el sur y Bolívar en el norte. Finalmente derrotado debido a la imposibilidad de recibir refuerzos. Con viene reseñar las palabras escritas hacia su persona por el propio Simón Bolívar. El primer conde de los Andes, cuya residencia en Jerez de la Frontera, es como una máquina del tiempo que te traslada al pasado. Donde uno puede apreciar desde restos de la época musulmana, conveniente custodiados hasta los retratos de los reyes Fernando VI y Bárbara de Braganza. Sus distintas dependencias, salones, comedores, exteriores hacen de este palacio un lugar único donde se respira un trocito de nuestra historia. Altamente recomendable la visita que se puede coordinar con otras visitas en Jerez: el Alcázar, la catedral y la bodega González Byass. Todo ello está en la misma zona. A menos de 5 minutos andando.

Virrey Laserna is a neoclassical-style a palace in Jerez de la Frontera, Andalusia, Spain. Built on the foundations of an Arab palace, Virrey Laserna has been in the same family since the 14th-century and is open to visitors since 2015.
Synonymous with Spanish dancing horses, the Royal Andalusian School of Equestrian Art is considered one of the "big four" equestrian arts schools in the world, alongside the Spanish Riding School in Vienna, the Escola Portuguesa de Arte Equestre in Queluz, Portugal; and the Cadre Noir in Saumur, France.
With tours of the training arena, stables, palace, gardens, and onsite museum available, it's a total must for horse-lovers, but even "neigh"-sayers will be impressed too!
Designed by architects Juan Diaz de la Guerra, Antonio Matias de Figueroa, and Pedro de Cos, the Domecq Palace is a prototypical manor that represents the Jerez bourgeoisie in the 18th century.
With a quadrangular floor plan, it is structured by a large central courtyard of Italian marble, and a three-story facade with majestic balconies that give way to one of the best views of Jerez.
Inside you'll find paintings, tapestries, sculptures, and noble materials brought expressly from Italy, Flanders and France for a unique and exceptional artistic and cultural ensemble.
