Terrible
I was not able to use my ticket and had to buy a new ticket direct from the museum. The museum said they had advised tiqets of a change in their process and that we should have been sent tickets...
I was not able to use my ticket and had to buy a new ticket direct from the museum. The museum said they had advised tiqets of a change in their process and that we should have been sent tickets rather than a voucher. Disappointed! Wasted money.

Managed to get same day tickets and entry slightly early. We did need to still go to the office to get a physical ticket on entry

Terrible
On 3 October 2025 Palazzo Pitti was closed due to strike. We could not visit Palazzo. Ticket administration of Palazzo said that provayder must refund the ticket. But Tiquets still have not...
