I purchased tickets for the Saturday at 11am. When I went to pick up my tickets my time slot wasn't actually until 1pm which was frustrating. Then when we finally went to go in we were told our...

I purchased tickets for the Saturday at 11am. When I went to pick up my tickets my time slot wasn't actually until 1pm which was frustrating. Then when we finally went to go in we were told our tickets were for the day before and no longer valid!! When we went back to the tour re he said no tickets left for that day, tickets are free on Sunday so we couldn't re book for Sundau. We were very fortunate that we had a late flight on the Monday so we could re arrange. If this hadn't been the case we would have been very disappointed.
