Extremely helpful staff made the visit as enjoyable as possible. From help with our tickets, to leading us to a lift as one was out of order, and directions to particular items of interest

Wonderful museum but we could have purchased tickets at the door. There were not many visitors in January. Not sure if we would have saved money or not by doing that.
