Dine in style with a three-course meal, with a range of options on the menu, while the beauty of Paris passes by your window.

Starter, choice of:

  • Duck Foie Gras, return from the harvest red fruit chutney, tonka bean tuile
  • Smoked salmon, lime powder, tomato tartar, artichokes, sour beetroot
  • Green gazpacho, cucumber, zucchini, spinach, vegetable melimelo

Main course, choice of:

  • Yellow poultry supreme, zucchini gratin, coloured carrots, lemon basil sauce
  • Fillet of sea bream, creamy spelt with peas, shellfish sauce with tarragon, vegetables from our orchards
