Join a gin-making workshop at the Distillerie de l’Arbre Sec, a micro-distillery in Paris located in a quiet courtyard inside a private building.

During the workshop, a spirits sommelier will walk you through the role of botanicals, distillation methods, and the history of gin.

You’ll taste several gins and house cocktails, learn how their flavors are developed, and then create your own recipe using the ingredients provided.

At the end, you’ll leave with a bottle of the gin you made during the session.

The distillery is located at 52, rue de l'arbre sec in Paris, at the back of the courtyard. To access, enter through the large blue door and walk straight towards the end of the courtyard

Participants are welcomed by one of the distillers and founders of the Distillerie de l'Arbre Sec for a tour of the premises
The experience continues with an explanation of the principles of distillation and the different profiles and styles of gin possible
Participants can then choose the botanicals that will constitute their unique recipes, guided by experts
Participants will be given a mini copper still to distill their gin, during which it is possible to enjoy a delicious cocktail
The 70cl bottles will be finalized with personalized labels, and participants will leave with their own bottle of gin
