In the heart of the historic lead-zinc mining region near the world’s largest “M,” the three-acre campus of The Mining & Rollo Jamison Museums preserves the heritage of southwestern Wisconsin. Place-based exhibits and interpretive programs are located inside the historically significant 1863 Rock School, the 1905 Hanmer Robbins School, the 1845 Bevans Mine, and in beautiful outdoor spaces visitors are encouraged to explore.

Learn all about toy tractors from yesterday and today at the National Farm Toy Museum, where the whole family can take a small-scale adventure into the history of agriculture. Journey through the museum and discover how farming has changed throughout the years, and the role tractors play in making successful harvests happen. Browse a huge collection of farm implements, trucks, pedal tractors, and a life-size John Deere soil-sifter! Original artwork, dioramas, and other unique exhibits artfully express tales of American agriculture. At the same time, miniature farm replicas convey to visitors the relative growth of American farming and the increased size of farms themselves.
