It was a wonderful tour, but you need to arrive well in advance, there is a huge queue and it is first come, first served, I was just sad because I didn't know that my ticket didn't give me the right to go to the feet of the statue.

I feel cheated after spending 1:40h in line with my family, bought 12:00 passes and we were all at the same line and time. Experience in the boat was horrible, too many people in each boat with no seats for everyone. Never again.

Excellent
The tickets were easy to purchase and have on my phone. As a result it meant I had to queue for a shorter amount of time.
