Our first impressions on being received at the front desk was disappointing and cool to say the least. As a wine producer from Australia, I expects a much warmer reception.

The tour itself was very informative and interesting and highlighting in a nice way the facts of port wine making and related facts as well as the history of Taylor's wine house. But the reception, ticket check and getting the audio phone was not very well organised.
