As Tiqets is a third party, worth knowing before you go to 4th floor, you have to go to ticket desk on the ground to have your tickets printed. Other than that, great

Unfortunately, the ticket could not be scanned in the entrance, so we had to go down to the main entrance and queue again to exchange for the museum's real ticket. Your tickets must always be exchanged for the companies' original tickets.

Excellent
Becky was an outstanding guide. She gave us great explanations of the art and put each piece in perspective as to the artist and the period it was created. Really worth the time and cost.
