Confusing tickets showing different departure time. I called customer service to clarify and they provided incorrect information as well. Transfer was poorly organized. Driver was rude and played...
Confusing tickets showing different departure time. I called customer service to clarify and they provided incorrect information as well. Transfer was poorly organized. Driver was rude and played his music very loud like he was the only one in the bus. Old bus with broken seats. Will not use your service again
