No problem finding the line. Just waited with everyone else and was inside within 10 minutes of entrance times Inside wonderful and worth the masses of people pulling us along

Staff at ticket office were excellent, looked after us completely to assist our disabled sister and ourselves to access Sistene Chapel and Vatican. Very friendly and helpful. Thank you!
