The communication was very good and we get our tickets for the Alhambra day before start. Absolute great.
But you have to better discribe the starting point of the hopp on, hopp off bus. Is not...

The Andalusia pass was great. Got the tickets quickly on email and everything worked without any trouble. The guided tour in the Mosque was awesome, the audio guides good too.
