Una lástima que su política de no cambiar fechas no puedas disfrutar lo que has pagado. Nuestro coche se quedó sin batería a lo largo de la noche anterior, noche de -20°, no pudimos arrancarlo a la mañana. Esperando a la solución, hablamos con el parque y se negaron totalmente a cambiarnos la entrada al día siguiente, se justificaban que lo ocurrido no era por causas extraordinarias del parque, se deben de pensar que he viajado desde España para perder dinero, en mi caso 198€. Una decepción.
