Valid for: 1 day, 2 days, or 3 days

Once activated, your ticket is valid for the number of consecutive calendar days you’ve chosen.

Swap your smartphone voucher for your Rotterdam Welcome Card at either one of the following points:

  • Rotterdam Tourist Information Coolsingel - Coolsingel 114, 3011 AG (daily 09:30 - 18:00)
  • Rotterdam Tourist Information Central Station - Stationsplein 20, 3013 AK (daily 09:00 - 17:30)

Always check in and out, also when you transfer! If you don’t, you're travelling with an invalid ticket and you'll risk a fine.

Notes:

  • The card is activated with the first entry to the first museum/site or with the first journey on public transport
  • Please note that these cards don't have 24-hour validity. They allow you to travel from the time of activation until 04:00 the morning after the final day that they're valid
  • This card can't be used in combination with other special offers and discounts
  • Get a full refund if you select a refundable ticket during checkout and cancel until 23:59 the day before you visit.
  • Rescheduling is not possible for this ticket.

Mir wurden im November 2023 10 Tickets für unseren Trip mit den Kindern im Jänner 2024 verkauft. Angekommen in Rotterdam musste ich von der Touristeninformation erfahren, dass es 2024 gar keine...
Mir wurden im November 2023 10 Tickets für unseren Trip mit den Kindern im Jänner 2024 verkauft. Angekommen in Rotterdam musste ich von der Touristeninformation erfahren, dass es 2024 gar keine Welcome Card mehr gibt. Super!!!! Nun musste ich Tickets für 3 Tage öffentliche Verkehrsmittel nachkaufen und bei den Sehenswürdigkeiten zahlten wir immer den vollen Preis für 10 Personen, da ich ja dadurch auch die Eintrittskarten nicht online im Vorfeld billiger bestellt habe. Absoluter Reinfall!! Und in Summe natürlich auch teurer!! Dankeschön, dass uns die Karten noch verkauft wurden. Im November sollte man ja wohl wissen, welche Karten es ab 2024 noch gibz

Excellent
A very good and economical way to get around Rotterdam for a couple of days. The tram, bus, and Metro subway systems are easy to use, as is the Rotterdam Welcome Card.
