Poor
Tickets must be exchanged at Guest Service before entering the park. This was not advised and we lost some time at the queue.

Tickets worked. The tickets bought here have to be redeemed at the Guest Services. The workers there were a bit confused at first, but after assuring them that everything was correct, we were handed the entrance tickets and could enter the park.
