L'acquisto dei biglietti online è stato molto facile e veloce. Una volta arrivati sul posto indicato basta chiamare il numero di assistenza e nel giro di 10 minuti avrete le bici in mano con cestello e lucchetto. Per eventuale assistenza in macchina sono 25 euro a persona da pagare.
