Excellent
Amazing views of the city and a really enjoyable time in the restaurant watching the city slide by. Great place for a coffee and a cake.

It was a dreary day in December, and we could still see a whole lot.
Be prepared for bag checks and metal detectors--just like at the airport.

The evening is supposed to be cool but lights from inside are reflected on the windows and they ruin the view pretty bad.
For 10€ it would be worth, for almost 30€ not really.
