Excellent
All the people we have met spoke English very well. They were friendly and we really enjoyed the tour. Of course the different kinds of port we tasted were very good as well.

Excellent
staff very friendly and the guide was excellent. They provide headphones, so people with hearing problems can follow easily. We were a small group and the taste was very well organised.

I liked the tour, it was interesting and included new information about company’s products, the tasting was great - especially porto:). What we missed was a few more details about the mere process of producing wine, which was only visible on a movie, but not commented upon.
