Extremely helpful staff made the visit as enjoyable as possible. From help with our tickets, to leading us to a lift as one was out of order, and directions to particular items of interest

The Palazzo Pitti was great. The line to get in was reasonable. The one thing that wasn’t clear was that I had to exchange my electronic ticket for a physical ticket.
