  • The venue is ADA-compliant. However, note that the experience is a 30-minute walking VR adventure, which may not be suitable for individuals with limited balance stability
  • For safety reasons, walkers and canes are not permitted while wearing the headset, as they may pose a tripping hazard
  • Wheelchairs are available
  • Comfortable clothing is recommended to ensure an enjoyable experience. Since you'll be wearing a VR headset, please avoid wearing hats or caps during the experience
  • The VR headset can comfortably accommodate glasses
  • This experience is not subtitled, and therefore cannot be fully followed by guests who are deaf or severely hearing-impaired
