We found this very easy and efficient way to book tickets and by pass any queues. The big plus was when I had to change a date and tiqets.com did this with ease! Greatly appreciate customer service people

Julian was knowledgeable about Madrids history and was detailed without an overwhelming about of information. He was friendly and interested in us as well !

We were stuck in traffic and would be there 5 minutes late. We called and they would not even wait 5 minutes. On other tours, we have waited a few minutes for other people, but they would not...
