Excellent
Christina was a great guide who could easily switch between Spanish and English. Segovia is a really nice place to visit from Madrid.

We found this very easy and efficient way to book tickets and by pass any queues. The big plus was when I had to change a date and tiqets.com did this with ease! Greatly appreciate customer service people
