Paola was a great, friendly and informative guide and it was such a seamless process using Tiqets, from the meeting point, instructions and lockers. It was great not to need to wait in a queue as welll!

Very good. Easy to buy and we got our tickets on time. Very nice lady provide the tickets and instructions for our tour and stayed with us to ensure we did not have any problems.
