The boat ride experience was fun and good thing we didn’t do it on a weekend, not so much tourist on board with us on Thursday 5pm. We boarded on time and smooth sailing , overall was great...

Home to the Aquarium of the Bay, the Magowan’s Infinite Mirror Maze and many more attractions, San Francisco's PIER 39 has a lot more to offer than sea lions - although, you won't want to miss a peek at those pinnipeds sprawled all over the jetty.

Located at Beach Street & The Embarcadero, PIER 39 is a great family attraction in itself. Open late, this tourist hotspot is home to various waterfront bars and restaurants, retail stores, kiosks and food carts.

There are three main exhibit areas, each with a specific point of focus.
