Good
I showed the printed ticket at the entrance to the Abbey and got in quickly. There were free audio headsets available which were very helpful. There tour of the Abbey was very interesting and enjoyable.

Staff at outer gate were really helpful. It would be useful if there was a 'prescribed flow'. There were considerable 'log jams' and given that some of the steps/'stair cases' were really narrow,...
Staff at outer gate were really helpful. It would be useful if there was a 'prescribed flow'. There were considerable 'log jams' and given that some of the steps/'stair cases' were really narrow, it was quite scary at times. Not all people are thoughtful / sensible.

Friendly driver. Great view from the top. Not 5 stars as we missed some of the key sites as commentary doesn’t always indicate which side or where to look.
