Parc Astérix: Early Bird Ticket

Getting there:

  • Take RER line B from Paris Gare du Nord, get off at "Aéroport Charles de Gaulle - Terminal 1", then head to the Parc de Loisirs desk, where you will be directed to the Parc Astérix shuttle buses
  • Shuttle prices are €7,50 for children and €8,50 for adults (round trip). Shuttles leave every 30 minutes, from 09:00 until 1 hour after park closure

Lors de la visite du Château, c'est le musée du cheval qui est surtout intéressant pour les enfants, notamment la démonstration très didactique. Le Parc Astérix a vraiment plu aux enfants, notamment les démonstrations (plongeons) et représentations (Joconde,...). Il faut, bien entendu, choisir des attractions en fonction de l'âge.

Paris Zoological Park (Parc Zoologique de Paris)

Formerly known as the Bois de Vincennes Zoological Park, the 14.5-hectare Paris Zoological Park recently underwent two years of refurbishment works, giving this famous zoological park major natural environmental features, and plenty of room for the animals to roam. The animal habitats have been grouped five 'biozones', and the zoo has six restaurants and a 4,000 m2 tropical rainforest-filled greenhouse. It's visible from quite far away, thanks to the Big Rock, a 65m-tall artificial mini-mountain, which is an iconic symbol of the Paris Zoological Park.
