Terrible
Got to the entrance, they said we had to “print” out tickets, got to the ticket sales and they said, to “print” you have to go down the hill. We never went, just bought new tickets. Forget this service.

Poor
Sadly, we paid for the tour but due to construction, couldn’t find the meeting location and never got to go on the tour and never reclaimed the money
