Excellent
Easy peasy to book! Beautiful site! I accidentally left my phone in the gift shop. Once I realized it, I raced back to the shop. The staff picked it up and had it waiting for me! Great people!

Good
Very good in terms of downloading tickets and audio guides. Tickets were scanned no problem. It’s a shame that some rooms like the Queen’s chamber and the board game room were closed!
